N.B.: Transferred from Agelenidae to Hahniidae (Cryphoecinae) by Lehtinen, 1967: 272 and to Cybaeidae by Wheeler et al., 2017: 606 [not explicitely, but the type genus of Cryphoecinae, Cryphoeca, was transferred]. Considered a relative of Mastigusa Menge, 1854 and as a possible member of the Dictynidae by Wunderlich & Hansen, 1995: 316. Transfer to Cicurinidae (Murphy & Roberts, 2015: viii) not sufficiently justified and is not accepted here.
