N.B.: transferred from the Metidae=Tetragnathidae to the Linyphiidae by Wunderlich, 1979a: 411 and Wunderlich, 1986: 119, transferred here from the Linyphiidae and considered a senior synonym of Louisfagea Brignoli, 1971d: 161 (replacement name for Metella Fage, 1931, preoccupied, transferred from the Metidae=Tetragnathidae to the Linyphiidae by Wunderlich, 1986: 119) by Hormiga, 1993: 534; Wunderlich's (Wunderlich, 1979a: 411) synonymy of both Pimoa and Louisfagea with the fossil genus Acrometa Petrunkevitch, 1942 was rejected by Brignoli, 1979o: 36.
