N.B.: Considered a senior synonym of Pachylomerides Strand, 1934 by Roewer, 1955c: 1715; Pachylomerides is a replacement name for Pachylomerus Ausserer, 1871, preoccupied by Bertolini, 1849 in Coleoptera/Scarabaeidae (Strand, 1934: 273); Conothele Thorell, 1878 considered indistinguishable from Ummidia by Decae, 2010: 329. Ummidia is the type genus of Ummidiinae (see Ortiz, 2007: 395). Transferred from Ctenizidae to Halonoproctidae by Godwin et al., 2018: 307.
